Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishables (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (custom orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item once it has been received.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for goods delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, with tags or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will notify you of whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
